Also featured in this latest image release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend identifying different areas of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, such as designs for marina coverings.
